On November 1st, we came together at The Dorchester for the Gala Ball, a night filled with elegance, generosity, and unity in support of the John King Brain Tumour Foundation. Thanks to the incredible kindness of everyone who joined us, we raised a staggering £140.000.
This means we now have the funds to purchase the Stealth Autoguide machine, a vital tool that will make a difference in the lives of so many. Incredibly, this milestone also brings us to £1,000,000 raised since our journey began 7 years ago, a vision set in motion by our inspiring founder, Laura King.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all who made this possible. Your generosity and spirit made this night one to remember. Here’s to the impact we’ve made together, and the lives we’ll continue to change.
The night was made even more memorable by our compère, national treasure and Grand Dame of Pantomime, Christopher Biggins and with our auctioneer extraordinaire, bestselling novelist Jeffrey Archer.
We were also enjoyed a special live performance by Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists, Ravi’s Dream Team, the inspirational choir of talented children who are living with brain tumours.
And if that wasn’t enough; after dinner, we dance the night away to our live band!
